*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dental office environment. *Duties* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care. * Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning alongside the dentist. * Take digital x-rays. * Maintain accurate patient records using Paradigm (Logitech). * Manage patient flow and ensure a positive customer service experience. * Provide support in orthodontic procedures when necessary. * Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory. *Requirements* * Valid Dental Hygienist license in the province of practice. * Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with Paradigm (Logitech) is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base. * Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial. * Experience working with pediatric patients is an advantage. * Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on patient care and comfort. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
