*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. We have a number of clinics across the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, demonstrating both technical proficiency and a strong work ethic. This role is essential for ensuring that our clinics remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. *Responsibilities* * Help with installation of shelving, equipment and small repairs in all the clinics. * Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention or repair. * Respond promptly to service requests from the principals, ensuring timely completion of tasks. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are met. * Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently. * Document work completed and report any additional issues to management. * Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices. * Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * A valid driver?s license is preferred but not mandatory. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
