The company is a manufacturing company with international operations. <br> <br>Job description: <br> <br>Missions: <br> <br>- Ensure efficient inventory management to guarantee continuous product availability. <br>- Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials. <br>- Direct purchasing activities and negotiate favorable agreements with suppliers. <br>- Organize and improve logistics flows and inventory management. <br>- Contribute to strategic discussions within the management committee. <br>- Manage a team of 5 to 10 people, including planning, procurement, purchasing, shipping and receiving. <br>- Optimize internal processes and systems, in particular SAP, to increase operational efficiency.</p><p>Skills required: <br> <br>- Significant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. <br>- Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. <br>- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. <br>- Excellent leadership and team management skills. <br>- minimum 10 years in purchasing - purchasing management <br>- Bilingualism required - in order to communicate with internal partners and international suppliers.</p>- LocationDrummond, NB
