_*Come explore a career with us and let?s see what we can do together*__._ We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team in Rosedale, Chilliwack area. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial and commercial painting. *Responsibilities:* * Remove excess metal and unwanted materials from metal parts, casting and other metal products * Prepare & maintain equipment and media consumables * Examine all blasted parts for company quality standards * Schedule maintenance of equipment and cleanup of direct work area(s) * Monitor all equipment, materials, PPE for wear as per safety compliance(s) *Skills:* * Layout of Patterns and operation of specific tools: Sandblast equipment * Able to use basic hand tools ? grips, wrenches, screwdrivers, craft knifes etc. * Able to lift 50 lb * Prior experience in industrial sandblast process an asset At TYCROP, we value our people ? and it shows.
