*Position:* Part Time Registered Nurse
*Location:* Campbell River, BC
*Hours:* 20 hours per week
*Wage:* $44.75 per hour, as per the collective agreement
*Summary**:*
Axis is currently recruiting permanent *Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)* to provide high-quality patient care to a Person Served residing in Specialized Supportive Housing. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will offer a welcoming, safe, caring, culturally relevant, and non-judgmental climate for the Person Served with substance use issues. This role is best suited for empathetic Registered Nurses with a keen interest in a harm reduction approach. Resiliency, empathy, patience, and the ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries are qualities of people who establish a meaningful career with Axis.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* Degree in Nursing, plus active registration with BCCNM
* Minimum 1-year recent related experience
* Related experience in working with vulnerable populations, addictions, and behavioural challenges will also be considered an asset
* Reliable transportation and a valid BC driver?s licence
* Knowledge of and the ability to work with complex trauma, Autism, FASD, ODD or other neurobiological conditions is beneficial
* Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
* Effective written and verbal communication
