*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for the food service industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including cooks and servers, to ensure efficient restaurant operations. * Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to maintain a well-trained team. * Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. * Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. * Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. * Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales figures, labor costs, and customer feedback. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. * Proficiency in using POS systems for cash handling and transaction management. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
