Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed Skills: - Time management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bartending: Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences - Hospitality: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for guests - Basic math: Ability to calculate bills, handle cash transactions, and make change accurately - Food industry knowledge: Familiarity with different types of beverages, spirits, wines, and beers - Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation regulations, Smart Serve (required). - Cashiering: Experience handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems - Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our establishment.
