*Job Overview* Pride Beauty Lounge seeks a Sales & Marketing Assistant to drive growth, enhance our market presence, and foster client relationships in a flexible hybrid role. This leader will analyze trends, build strategies, and oversee front desk operations, joining an inclusive, 2SLGBTQIA+-centered salon. *Benefits* * Regular performance bonuses. * Unlimited time off. * Health benefits * 50% discount on all beauty services and 20% off all products. * Extremely flexible schedule?choose your workdays and hours (Fridays are in-salon). * Ongoing education * Lots of room to grow with the company *Key Responsibilities* * Work with management to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet growth goals. * Manage campaigns, social media, email marketing, and client engagement. * Mentor the sales team to achieve high performance. * Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. * Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional in-salon service. * Content creation, media relations, and community partnerships. *Skills & Qualifications* * 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, PR, or social media. * Strong leadership, customer service, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in CRM, social media tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva & GoHighLevel). * Degree OR diploma in marketing, business, or a related field or equivielent experience.
