*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating various types of cranes, including boom trucks and rigs. This role requires effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide exceptional customer service. As a Crane Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site. *Responsibilities* * Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required. * Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. * Communicate clearly with ground crew members to coordinate lifting operations. * Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load weights and job details. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. * Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs during operations. * Assist in training new operators as needed. *Experience* * Valid A Ticket Self erect * Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand crane operations and maintenance. * Familiarity with various types of cranes, including boom trucks and rigging equipment. * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining focus on safety protocols. * Previous customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with clients on-site.
