*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking and cake decorating. As a Baker, you will be responsible for using are delicious baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional product offerings. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked items. * Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and attention to detail. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. * Package baked products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. * Skills in cake decorating and creative presentation of baked goods are highly desirable. * Ability to work efficiently by them self in kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. * Working over nights in a kitchen by them self.
