Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity?s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution. <br> <br> As a Supplier Engagement Business Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert for an assigned department of suppliers within the Supplier Analytics Program. You are tasked with managing onboarding, improving data-literacy, and driving collaboration between THD suppliers and merchants, utilizing the data and tools of the program. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of retail analytics and can leverage that knowledge to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal THD teams and external suppliers. If you are a great communicator, passionate about producing top-notch work, providing great end-user experiences, and constantly improving your skills, we want to hear from you. <br> <br> Key Responsibilities: <br> <br> Drive user engagement for the supplier analytics program<br> Identify opportunities to help suppliers generate, interpret, and present analytical data and actionable insights<br> Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program<br> Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to internal & external partners at all levels<br> Liaise with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Product, Support) to build relationships, troubleshoot, and advocate for suppliers? needs<br> <br> Develop scalable learning modules for the supplier analytics program to drive data literacy and actionable insights<br> Execute projects with merchandising partners to align suppliers with reporting expectations leading to improved business results<br> Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the user?s experience<br> Manage & report on KPIs such as usage, satisfaction, and business results at the department level<br> <br> Competencies: <br> Collaborates<br> Action Oriented<br> Drives Results<br> Communicates Effectively<br> Plans and Aligns <br> <br> Skills: <br> Strong analytical, influential, interpersonal skills<br> Organizational skills<br> Problem-solving and critical thinking skills<br> Data Analysis<br> Project and change management <br> Direct Manager/Direct Reports: <br> Manager, Supplier Engagement<br> <br> Travel Requirements: <br> Limited<br> Travel to corporate headquarters annually, as requested<br> <br> Physical Requirements: <br> Extended Sitting<br> Repetitive Tasks<br> <br> Hybrid Work: <br> On-site once a week (every Thursday) at our downtown Toronto location (King/Spadina) <br> <br> Working Conditions: <br> Working in an office setting: computer work, camera on virtual meetings, taking support calls<br> <br> Minimum Education: <br> University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.<br> <br> Minimum Years of Work Experience: <br> 2-3 years of corporate retail, merchandising, supply chain, or retail technology Customer Success experience<br> Data-driven with a proven record of identifying actionable insights to drive business impact<br> <br> Minimum Leadership Experience:<br> No leadership experience required <br> <br> Certifications: <br> None<br> <br> Other Requirements/Assets: <br> Intermediate proficiency with Excel required <br> Data-driven with a proven record of identifying actionable insights to drive business impact<br> Excellent communication; able to collaborate with all levels of an organization<br> Vendor management and/or client engagement experience- LocationToronto, ON
