*Overview* Are you passionate about automotive parts and have a knack for communication? Global muffler inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries about exhaust auto parts and provide exceptional service over the phone. *Responsibilities* * Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding exhaust auto parts. * Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers. * Assist with order processing and follow up on customer requests. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience. * *Qualifications* * Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills. * Strong interest in automotive parts, specifically exhaust systems. * Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Comfortable handling phone calls and engaging with customers. *What We Offer* * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company * A friendly and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 45 per week Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: * Scarborough, ON M1J 1K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Office management: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationScarborough, ON
