*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. * Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other essential items in guest rooms. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use. * Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to uphold health and safety standards. * Assist with laundry services when required to ensure timely availability of clean linens. *Skills* * Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. * Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. * Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
