*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate - *VAUGHAN MILLS *to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring that the store is well-maintained and organized. *Compensation* $20 base pay + commission *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and manage cash handling accurately. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processes. *Skills* * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to perform product demos confidently to enhance customer engagement. * Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cashiering duties. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
