The applicants shall be contacted and asked to confirm that they wish to be interviewed for the position. <p> Each of the applicants shall then be interviewed.Salaries and Allowances: <p>The salary and allowances of each Teacher shall be determined in accordance with Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement.
