You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner. Duties & Responsibilities:Access control, property patrols, incident reporting, CCTV and fire panel monitoring, emergency response and customer serviceMaintain workflow to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and assignments were completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to managementEnsuring a safe and effective working environment by the proper use of all equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established health and safety policies and proceduresInitiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments Standing, sitting, walking for extended periods of timeGreet tenants, clients, and the general publicProvide helpful guidance and assistanceDirect individuals to required destinationsSustain effective relationships with visitors, tenants, and staff through courteous and respectful relationsAccess controlPeriodic foot patrols Enforce rules, policies, regulations as per SOP's.Report all incidents and occurrences to the supervisor and CSM. Provide a high level of customer serviceOther duties and responsibilities as required by the client. Prerequisites & Requirements:Must have a Full G Class Ontario Drivers License ****Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid WSIB Approved First Aid and CPR Level C Excellent written/verbal communicationGreat customer service skillsPrevious security experience is an assetMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability Why choose Paladin?
