The South East Cornerstone Public School Division invites applications for an Early Learning Program Designer. This full-time position will be based in Estevan at the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre effective immediately until the end of the 2024-25 school year. This position will report to the Coordinator of Early Learning and will be immediately responsible to:<p><p> Provide theoretical and practical guidance to the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre to ensure the highest quality in early years family programming.<p> Deliver programming for families of young children (birth to five years).<p> Actively engage and welcome families in strength-based ways and work to build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and children who attend the centre. <p> Actively seek out new families to attend Early Years FRC programming and drop-in times. This includes strategies for incorporating diverse families. <p><p>The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Education or related degree.
