We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts. Your expertise in technology sales and customer service will be essential as you analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet client needs. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of sales processes.
*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
* Present product offerings effectively, demonstrating how they meet client requirements.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
* Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
* Strong business development skills, particularly in technology sales or technical sales environments.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and tracking sales activities.
* Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Commission pay
