*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, watches, sales, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. *Duties* * Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with their inquiries. * Demonstrate and sell products while ensuring customers understand their features and benefits. * Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures, including operating the cash register. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. * Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. * Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and quotations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. * Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette when handling customer calls. * Document and photograph work orders and repair jobs. *Skills* * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. French is not required but an asset. * Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information. * High attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks. * Familiarity with technology is a plus, but not required. * Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. * Cash handling experience is beneficial.
