*Job Overview* Everest is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as a Cleaner. The successful candidate wi be responsible for cleaning offices located in commercial buildings throughout Hamilton, Ancaster, and Dundas, as well as residential properties. *Duties* * Commercial cleaning duties include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas. * Residential cleaning duties include cleaning and organizing all areas of residential properties, and acting as a housekeeper; * Clean and prepare vacant tenant units for showing and occupancy; * Ensure all cleaning supplies and consumable supplies (garbage bags, paper towels etc) are kept in stock; and * Other duties as assigned. *The Ideal Candidate* * Proven work experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or maid; * Able to work independently; * Must possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy; * Able to demonstrate a passion for exceptional cleaning standards; * Must possess exceptional verbal communication skills; * Must be fluent in English, spoken and written; and * Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality. *The Details* * Permanent Cleaner position; * Competitive salary and comprehensive 50/50 split benefits plan; * Flexible schedule - commercial cleaning to be completed before/after regular business hours or on the weekend, and residential cleaning to be completed during regular business hours; * The successful candidate must possess a car; and * As part of the recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check.
