*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Your ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. * Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. * Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. * Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. *Requirements* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. * Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures. * Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash management. * Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. * Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. * Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
