*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and ensure all systems operate efficiently. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts. * Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. * Plumb and weld components as necessary to complete installations or repairs. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure integrated system functionality. * Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. * Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents or injuries. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the mechanical field. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and maintain HVAC systems effectively. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. * Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation related to HVAC systems. * Ability to perform welding tasks as required for system installations or repairs. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. * Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is preferred but not mandatory.
