_*We are looking for people to join our growing team!*_ Customer service representatives help our customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and customer questions related to our products and services * Respond to customer issues and follow up by email * Follow up on delivery and shipment of parcels with the shipping companies * Resolve any issues related to the delivery of our customers Qualifications: * Have a good command of the English language (verbal and written) Benefits: * *Starting Salary $45K per year (salary review after 6 months)* * *3 Weeks of paid vacation per year* * Opportunity to grow within the company! * Great work environment and location!
