Eden Valley Poultry Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our People Services team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing and evaluation of the operations of the Human Resources department. They support the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, collective bargaining, training and development and job evaluations. Other duties will be assigned as necessary. As a processor of chicken and turkey for our Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island farmers, Eden Valley Poultry is unique in the industry.
