Job Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative provides the essential front-line service to customers and enters information into a central database to be used in tracking and tracing shipments. Shift Monday to Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Location 2170 Matrix Cresent, Kelowna BC V1V 0C1 Key Responsibilities · Answers inbound customer inquiries via both phone queuing system and email · Enters pick up requests into local dispatch systems · Use AS400/LTL400 software to track/trace shipments · Liaise with dispatch as necessary · Help maintain a neat work environment which may include tidying up the- LocationKelowna, BC
