Given our growth, we are currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our Toronto team located in North-York.

The Shop manager will keep the inventory, inspect the tools and equipment as well as coordinate the deliveries to our jobs, all of this according to established standards and performance objectives. You will be an active team member, promoting a safe environment, and making sure to perform good OHS practices.
*Main responsibilities:*
Thorough management of the tools and material (having notions of tool rental company practices is an asset). Organifortunately this position is not offered internationallyze and coordinate tools equipment and material deliveries. Keep the shop organized and tidy at all times. Maintain up-to-date inventory records. Orchestrate the preparation of orders to be delivered to our various jobs. Actively participate in various meetings. Run regular inventory counts. Perform all other tasks related to the proper functioning of the business. Cleaning and maintaining of the tools and equipment.
*Training/Experience:*
College diploma in a technical field is an asset, experience in the filed as well as other relevant training will also be considered. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the position of shop manager, storekeeper or parts and tools clerk is required. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office365 suite is required. Good physical is condition essential. A certification as a forklift operator (an asset).
We seek someone who has autonomy, has a developed sense of organization, who is a quick learner, who also has the ability to work well under pressure, and who likes cooperation, positive attitude, integrity, honesty, with high ethics.
