School District 10 (Arrow Lakes) Teacher on Call <p>SD10 is seeking innovative and passionate educators with strengths in collaboration, co-planning and co-teaching, as well as the ability to differentiate to meet the needs of all learners in inclusive school environments.<p>R e qu i r e d c h arac te r i s t i c s / st r e ng t h s i n c l ud e : <p><p> Ability to implement engaging learning activities using BCs curriculum <p> Successful TTOC experience in a variety of grade levels and subject areas<p> Strong interpersonal skills and strengths working within a team environment<p> Excellent classroom management skills and proven ability to engage all learners<p> Commitment to collaboratively designing school and classroom learning environments<p> Successful experience integrating socio-emotional learning and self-regulated learning <p> Demonstrated understanding of indigenous cultures and experience, integrating First Peoples of Principles Learning into teaching practice<p> Experience in facilitating outdoor learning experiences<p> Exemplary use of formative assessment strategies that engage learners and deepen learning<p> Proven professional learning inquiry experience that informs professional practice<p> Commitment and expertise in building relationships with parents and community<p> Excellent ability to differentiate for all learners and co-plan for diversity and engagement<p><p>All applicants for this position should provide evidence for all areas of expertise or experience. <p>Send complete application including: a covering letter outlining your suitability for the position, resume, applicable practicum reports, names of at least three professional references, and proof of a valid Teaching Certificate from the BC Teacher Regulation Branch.<p>Only candidates short-listed for interviews will be contacted.- LocationNakusp, BC
