<p>St. Ann?s Catholic School <p>Quesnel, BC <p>0.4 FTE Prep Teacher: Religion <p>St. Ann?s Catholic School is located in Quesnel, BC. The school enrolls approximately 120 students from Kindergarten to Grade 7. For the 2024 - 2025 school year, we are seeking a skilled, qualified candidate to join our team as a 0.4 FTE teacher with the subject assignment area of Religion. This position commences September 1, 2024 and concludes June 30, 2025.<p>Preference will be given to candidates who possess: <p><p> active membership in a Catholic parish<p> commitment to excellence in Catholic education<p> Aptitude to differentiate instruction based on student needs<p> Knowledge of current instructional practices and the renewed curriculum<p> Experience using innovative teaching methods in both primary and intermediate classrooms, that may include remote learning experiences<p> Well-versed in the ability to integrate Catholic culture in the classroom<p> Demonstrated ability to use a variety of current instructional strategies and assessment methods; <p> Excellent and proven classroom management skills <p> Exceptional communication strategies with students, staff, and parents.<p> a genuine sense of joy in teaching and learning<p> a valid TRB certification<p> the desire to provide leadership of extracurricular activities <p><p>For further information about the position, please contact Tara Milley at 250-992-6237 or at principal@stannaseagles.com . <p>Interested INTERNAL candidates should submit a cover letter noting their experience, an updated Pastoral Reference Form and resume.
