We are seeking a Conveyancer to join our team. This position would be a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a collegial and supportive work environment with flexibility to meet the candidate?s circumstances and the firm?s needs. *General Responsibilities* * Review commercial contracts of purchase and sale, easements, rights of way, subdivisions, and strata plan filings * Prepare documents concerning acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial properties, financing and development of land * Attend to the registration of documents and security in land title offices and other government registries * Conduct due diligence searches and provide comprehensive summaries to assist in decision-making processes * Liaise with all internal and external parties involved with the transaction, including preparation of correspondence * Assist with other responsibilities as needed *Qualifications & Attributes* The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience handling Residential and Commercial Real Estate work, excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle assigned tasks independently and as part of a team.
