Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Group home. Tasks: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Prepare reports or case histories. Conduct follow-up assessments. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs.
