<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Millwright</strong> for our client located in <strong>Toronto</strong>. They are into the business of infrastructure manufacturing.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, and production lines according to specifications and blueprints.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues with manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using various tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and welders.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of machinery and mechanical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Work closely with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections in the company's maintenance management system.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably in the infrastructure manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and a deep understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and precision alignment techniques.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to operate various hand and power tools, including welding equipment, lathes, and milling machines.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> Day & Afternoon</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $28/hr. to $35/hr. (depending upon experience)</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour</p></div></div>
