*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Modeling Analyst to join our dynamic team. _*www.dmsolving.com*_ The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and a passion for data analysis. As a Modeling Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to support decision-making processes across various business functions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, making it essential for candidates to have a solid understanding of statistical methodologies and data interpretation. *Responsibilities* * Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models using statistical techniques to inform business strategies. * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their modeling needs and provide actionable recommendations. * Present findings and model results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. * Continuously monitor model performance and update as necessary to ensure accuracy. * Document modeling processes, methodologies, and results for future reference. *Experience* * Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS is highly desirable. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences. * Familiarity with machine learning techniques is an advantage.
