*Job Overview*
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative tasks and customer support, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a vibrant people oriented office setting. Early mornings and late evenings are required, Monday to Thursday. It is a full time job within the 4 day work week.
*Duties*
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with patient intake and data entry
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
- Support chiropractors with various administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Work first hand with practice owners to oversee growth, community outreach, patient engagement, team training and a host of other tasks.
*Experience*
- Prior experience in a office or chiropractic setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus
- Must excel at working within a team.
