 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$79,648 - $107,760 Technical expertise needed:Support a national sales and lending team on complex loan files. You’ll serve as an expert mentor to team and operations employees, and provide training and team onboarding.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of proceduresInput and verify complex customer financial source documentationTransfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questionsWork closely with partners to gather required information to process requestsCommunicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge What we’re looking for:Confident communicator with strong analytical skillsOrganized multi-tasker able to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical thinker with an ability to coach and mentor colleaguesEffective decision-maker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environmentA strong team player who can work well independentlyProblem-solver who can adapt to change and make decisions What you’ll need:An undergraduate degree in agriculture, business and/or finance, and 3 to 5 years of related experienceA drive to help others achieve their goalsIn-depth understanding of complex customer financial information- LocationMoncton, NB
