Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages: English, Middle (1100-1500). Work setting: Supervision. Tasks: Give access to computer networks. Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions. Supervise other technical support workers in this group. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Provide customer service. Manage incidents. Supervision: 3-4 people. Type of service and repair: Photocopiers. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Team player. Time management.
