<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>.</p><p>Hello, I am Melissa, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I am looking, for my clients, in the Mile End, for an accounting technician, this is a permanent position, 2 day in the office: <br> <br>Tasks of the accounting technician: <br>* Entry of accounts payable <br>* Preparation of payments and delivery of documents for signature <br>* Respond to supplier emails and reminders <br>* Prepare payroll and manage VRSPs and group insurance <br>* Bank reconciliations <br>* Make end-of-month entries <br>* Complete quarterly tax reports <br>* Updating accounts receivable in the accounting tool <br>* Salary reclassification <br>* Supplier management <br>* Issuing customer invoices <br>* Establishment of cost reports for grant applications <br>* Share cost reports per project to different parties <br>* Support to the accounting team for the end of the year <br>* Response to requests for information from management</p><p>Requirements: <br> <br>* Minimum 3-5 years of experience <br>* Must have previously completed employee payroll <br>* Knowledge of DEXT and QBOOK software an asset <br>* Mastery of EXCEL <br>* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills <br>* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills <br>* Ability to work independently and in a team</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
