Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Construction. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects. Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data. Advise senior management. Manage cash. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Oversee payroll administration. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
