The ideal candidate will be a servant leader capable of adapting their leadership style to different contexts and driving continuous improvement in our development processes.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your role<br></span> </span></p> <div> <ul> <li><span>Manage and mentor multiple software development teams working with diverse technologies including React, Java, GoLang, and NodeJS. </span></li> <li><span>Oversee both full-stack and back-end development projects. </span></li> <li><span>Lead teams in various project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. </span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with product managers and design teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives. </span></li> <li><span>Develop and execute strategies to transform teams into high-performing units. </span></li> <li><span>Drive the adoption of more agile approaches and improve overall ways of working </span></li> <li><span>Facilitate cross-team communication and knowledge sharing. </span></li> <li><span>Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions. </span></li> <li><span>Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team performance metrics. </span></li> <li><span>Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members. </span></li> <li><span>Manage the expectations of stakeholders, whose products are in production and maintained by the software developers that report to you. </span></li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>The qualifications we are looking for</span></p> <p> </p> <div> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor's degree in Comput- LocationBoucherville, QC
