Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer service- Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders- Suggest additional items as recommended- Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking/merchandising - Receive/put away/count inventory- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships - Participate in training to develop skills/knowledgeRequirements- Excellent communication skills- Ag parts/machinery knowledge- Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills- Experience working with software systems- Ability to lift heavy parts- Valid drivers license- Ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends- Farming background/experience an asset- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment- Red Seal in Parts an asset Join us today!Whether you're new to the field or experienced, we offer continued education & training to help you thrive & expand your knowledge!
