To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Shaunavon, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service departments operation within the dealership. Responsibilities-Performing administrative duties.-Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department.-Administration of warranty claims.-Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs. Requirements-Previous Service Writer experience an asset.-Basic knowledge of accounting practices.-Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions-A positive attitude.-Strong communication skills.-Exceptional organizational skills.-A minimum Grade 12 education.-Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset. -This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
