Join us to develop your potential!<br><br><strong>Job Description</strong><br><br>The candidate operates a machining center and/or a CNC lathe. He will report directly to the production coordinator who will report to the company director. He will have to show meticulousness and autonomy.<br><br><strong>Main duties of the job:</strong><br><br>- Read and interpret technical drawings and/or part plans in order to determine the machining operations to be performed and to determine the optimal sequence of operations<br><br>- Setup the machine and process to the appropriate quality checks<br><br>- Optimize your time in order to maximize manufacturing on several CNCs simultaneously<br><br>- Calculate dimensions and tolerances<br><br>- Verify, using precision measuring instruments, if the dimensions of the parts are exact and adapted to the standards<br><br>- Maintain the machine and work areas <br> - Possess a DEP in machining and ASP in numerical control (or equivalent)<br><br>- Proficiency in plan reading<br><br>- Be resourceful and independent<br><br>- Sense of responsibility<br><br>- Knowledge of FeatureCam and MasterCam programming (an asset)<br><br>- Experience in 5-axis programming (an asset)- LocationQuébec, QC
