*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of business development, technology sales, and customer service to successfully market our products and services. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
* Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
* Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in business development or technology sales is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in inside sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
