*Overview* Plumbing & Heating Paramedics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. We provide top-tier HVAC services and pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative work culture. Shift is, Monday 12-8pm Tuesday-Wednesday Off Thursday 12-8pm Friday 12-8pm Sat.-Sun. 8am-4pm *Benefits* * Health and Dental Benefits * Casual dress, social events * Disability & Life insurance * Employee Assistance Program * On-site parking * Career growth opportunities *Responsibilities* * Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat * Schedule services, maintenance, and estimates using our software * Coordinate service workloads, ensuring timely responses and right technician assignments * Follow up on service requests, estimates, and memberships * Process payments and provide tailored product solutions *Our Ideal Candidate* * Strong time management, customer service, and multitasking skills * Effective communication and collaboration with team members * Ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks * Previous scheduling experience is an asset * HVAC knowledge is a plus * Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment *Additional Pay* * Commission opportunities *Requirements* * 1 year of call center/customer service experience preferred (HVAC experience is a plus) * Driver?s license preferred * Must be available for the specified schedule Join us in making a difference by providing top-notch support to our valued customers!
