*Your Responsibilities:*
* Provide unwavering support to our valued clients.
* Manage and convert new client leads into satisfied customers.
* Effectively communicate with leads and clients while swiftly handling their requests.
* Ensure the seamless organization and operation of our business.
* Take charge of our Facebook page, engaging with daily posts.
* As you progress, create and present tutorial videos representing our company.
* Embody our brand as a dedicated ambassador.
We?re Looking for Someone Who:
* Brings innovative ideas and organizational prowess to the table.
* Has experience in property management (a must).
* Excels in crafting professional emails and letters.
* Is a quick learner with a sales background.
* Possesses education in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Pays meticulous attention to detail.
* Is a creative thinker overflowing with fresh ideas.
* Is proficient in Google Docs.
* Can coordinate meetings and communications for our marketing department.
* Maintains executive schedules and oversees project loads.
* Is comfortable planning, preparing, and delivering presentations on behalf of the team.
* Conducts research for key marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
* Must have property management experience.
* Proficiency in professional written communication.
* Quick learning ability.
* Sales experience.
* Background in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A creative mindset filled with innovative ideas.
* Proficiency in Google Docs.
* Capable of coordinating employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
* Skilled in maintaining executive schedules and overseeing project loads.
* Able to plan, prepare, and deliver presentations on behalf of the team.
* Possesses a smart cell phone.
