Located in Marieville, where the countryside and city amenities come together, we welcome about a hundred independent and semi-independent residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant. <BR>Working at Les Jardins du Couvent is more than a job, it's a life experience! <BR>30 minutes from Montreal via Highway 10 E. 35 minutes from Granby via Highway 10 O. <BR>APRPA TRAINING required.<BR>Permanent full-time position, between 24 and 32 hours per week with the possibility of working more hours, at night from midnight to 8 a.m. and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics</li><li>Answering call bells</li><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Delivering messages to the nursing staff</li><li>In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .</li><li>Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Good communication</li><li>Knowledge of Symo software (an asset)</li><li>Law 90 training</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>PDSB training</li><li>APRPA training</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Meals in the dining room at $3</li><li>Salary according to the collective agreement in force</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Access to common areas <ul> <li>gym</li> </ul></li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Free coffee, tea and herbal tea</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Night time</div>- LocationMarieville, QC
