You are the ideal candidate if you have an innovative mindset, agile organizational skills, and strong leadership abilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your job :</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a Scrum Master for Agile OI LCNC development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and applying Agile principles and practices tailored to the team?s size.</li><li>Serve as a Product Owner by defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers value to the client.</li><li>Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with senior management, provide regular project updates, and seek feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to remove obstacles, optimize performance, and promote continuous improvement.</li><li>Work closely with various partners to implement joint strategies that deliver an optimal client experience.</li><li>Represent your sector in various internal and external committees and partner roundtables.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>Your Team</strong></p><p>Within the Operations Investment (OI) sector, you will be part of a team of 7 colleagues and report to the Associate Vice President of the Dealer Operations, Reconciliation & Estate (DORE) team, which has over 180 employees in total.
