Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Community service organization. Soccer. Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Develop and manage programs and services. Provide technical and professional advice. Develop policies and procedures to implement programs. Recruit professional coaches and athletes. Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization. Write specifications and technical reports. Train staff. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements. Deliver lectures and presentations. Coaching. Conduct program evaluations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Technical or specialized editing: Technical manuals. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
