Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Esthetician's salon. Beauty shop or aesthetic service. Spa. Tasks: Perform exfoliating body treatment. Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art. Clean, trim and polish nails. Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions. Provide therapeutic foot massage. Maintain and build own clientele. Provide product demonstrations. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manicures. Pedicures. Provide customer service. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Beauty treatment operator's provincial licence. Area of work experience: Cosmetician/cosmetologist. Esthetician. Manicurist. Pedicurist. Nail and lashes applicator. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently a student?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?.
