*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in Milton. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety and a passion for improving health outcomes. *Responsibilities* * Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations. * Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their prescriptions. * Review and interpret physician orders, ensuring appropriateness of therapy based on patient-specific factors. * Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety, making recommendations as necessary. * Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and services provided. * Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management. * Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with pharmaceutical advancements. * Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic protocols. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and technology. * Strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs and medication-related issues. * A valid pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
