*Job Summary* As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees within a specific department or organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. *Duties* - Manage and supervise a team of employees - Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback - Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve organizational goals *Skills* - Proficiency in computer operation for data management and reporting - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate team activities - Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members - Ability to write reports, memos, and other business correspondence - Experience in classroom or special education is a plus - Knowledge of educational processes to effectively educate and train staff members Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Computer operation: 1 year (required) * Early childhood education: 1 year (required) * Data management: 1 year (required) * Time management: 1 year (required) * Classroom experience: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationChurchill, ON
